c. Creator User: A User who is paid to share Content on VG for other Users to view.

d. User: User of VG that pays subscription and other services to Creator User.

e. Management Agency: A User who handles content strategy, marketing, subscriber management, and monetization to maximize a User's earnings.

f. Referring User: A User who takes part in the VG Referral Program.

g. Subscription: A User's paid subscription to a Creator's account.

h. Services: The services covered in these Terms of Service include the following:

Throughout this document, the term "Service" or "Services" will refer to any of the above-listed services or the support we offer to the User(s).

3. Account Eligibility

You can create an account if you:

Are 18+ years old.

Can legally contract with the VG.

Are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on U.S. restricted lists or you are not an El Salvadoran citizen.

Are not legally barred from using the VG.

Have no serious criminal convictions unless pardoned.

Are not required to register as a sex offender.

Have one account only and have not been previously banned.

4. Responsibilities

You agree to:

Follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

Use the latest version of the app or website.

Follow Safety Tips, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Secure your login information.

5. Prohibited Actions

Do not:

Misrepresent your identity.

Damage or disrupt Services.

Engage in illegal activities or harass others.

Share prohibited content or solicit personal information unlawfully.

Use someone else’s account or commit fraud.

Use Services for political campaigns.

Disclose private information or copy content without consent.

Use automated tools on Services or upload malicious code.

Reverse engineer Services or develop third-party apps interacting with the VG without consent.

Encourage terms violations or submit false reports about members.

6. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for your content, ensuring it is appropriate, accurate, and lawful. Your profile is visible globally. Misusing member content can lead to termination. The VG owns all other content.

7. Reporting Misconduct

Report inappropriate content or behavior. The VG may take action, including banning you from its Services and affiliates.

9. Rights Granted to You

The VG grants you a limited, revocable license to use its Services as intended. Violating these Terms revokes this license.

10. Rights You Grant to the VG

By creating an account, you grant the VG a license to use your content globally and perpetually. The VG can take action against unauthorized use of your content.

11. Payment Terms

VG earns a 20% commission from all payments for its Service.

Using a Referring User to promote VG is optional; in that case, VG pays 2% of these 20% earnings to the Referring User.

Creators are paid 80% of the total earnings.

Using a Management Agency to promote the creator is optional; in that case, the Creator and the Management Agency share half and half these 80% earnings equally.

12. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

13. Use of Cryptocurrencies in Payments

Cryptocurrencies can be used as one of the payment methods.

The El Salvadoran government recognizes and regulates the use of cryptocurrencies through the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges (DARE) Act, which was enacted in 2020. This legislation provides a legal framework for the registration and operation of digital asset businesses, including those dealing with cryptocurrencies.

Legal Framework: The DARE Act regulates the issuance, sale, and trading of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies. It also outlines requirements for businesses involved in digital assets to be registered and compliant with local laws.

Acceptance of Cryptocurrency: El Salvadoran registered companies can accept payments in cryptocurrency, provided they comply with the regulatory requirements set forth by the DARE Act. This includes adhering to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Compliance Requirements: Companies accepting cryptocurrency payments must ensure they have proper AML and KYC procedures in place. They must also maintain records of transactions and comply with reporting requirements.

14. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. The VG may suspend or terminate your account for violations without a refund.

15. Background Checks

The VG does not perform background checks on users. Use your best judgment when interacting with others.

16. Disclaimer

All Services and support are provided "as is" without warranties, and VG is not responsible for user content or conduct.

Although "as is" covers all possibilities, in good faith, we have highlighted the most obvious details in the attachment to avoid any potential confusion.

16.1. Virtual Dating Service (Virtual Girlfriend/Virtual Boyfriend) Disclaimer

The Virtual Partner service, encompassing both Virtual Girlfriend and Virtual Boyfriend offerings, is provided solely for entertainment and social engagement purposes. All communications, including text messages, photos, and videos exchanged between users on the platform, are entirely voluntary and remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
